In this time where we virtually live in stress Kundalini Yoga provides an outlet for stress and an inlet for Universal Energy. To do this we use a combination of Bodily Movement,Breath and Mantra. This Yoga brings you face to face with the aspect of Mind that halts your progress within the “real” world by telling you that you can’t … All lies!!!

As with anything you get out of Kundalini Yoga exactly what you put in. Our practice is dynamic creating heat within the body, a vital component to transformation which is one of the primary aims of Kundalini Yoga.

Awareness and intuition come to the practitioner as you transform. Physically we work with the Glandular System, the 3 Nervous Systems, the Brain, the Organs and the Cells. Energetically we work on the 7 Chakras (Energy Centres) and the 10 Subtle Bodies that stand outside of the physical body (the Aura being number 7).

Kundalini Yoga has not been changed for the west and is a Raj (Royal) Yoga. One to one Yoga is available upon request. If you want to know more please contact the studio.
